I arrive in Greensboro from Charlotte and am waiting on an Uber. The bathroom is supposed to be locked with a code lock, I get the code from an employee and go in and there’s a man standing inside with his shirt off and while I’m in the stall asks me to use my phone. The door is locked with no one able to get in if I yell. I get out of the bathroom and tell the guy to leave me alone, go tell an employee what happened and to call security, then the guy follows me out cussing at me and threatening me, he was homeless and had no ticket. By the time an armed security guard gets there I am enraged, and then get treated like I’m the problem! While all this is going on another homeless person comes up and asks for a cigarette. Security is AWEFUL here, it’s hands down the worst train station in the state. I even had an Amtrak employee state that to me on my train ride to Charlotte. If you are going to have code locks on the door and give out the code how about making sure that the person you’re giving it to actually has a train ticket, definitely not ok to walk into a supposedly secure bathroom to a shirtless man standing outside your stall, who knows if he has a weapon or is planning to rob someone. Then the officer just tells him to leave after the guy wants to threaten physical violence. As far as I know it’s called terroristic threats and is ILLEGAL!

Nice train station in the classic style of yesteryear. Only vending machines for 5 hr wait for the Crescent, coming from New York.

I just arrived at the station, and it wasn't very clear. It is also has a good bit of trash and the cafe closes befor 8 pm which leaves you with vending only. I hate this station the ride back the canceled the train here.
