I've had my own experiences with David. This review is about my niece's experience...or NO experience...with David. TWICE she has been called by Bruce and cancelled on at the last minute. I was with her both times she got the cancellation call. She has come from another state to Boise to see David twice and has not been able to do so. She even called to confirm this most recent appointment to make sure there were no problems and that the time was still good for David. The first time, Bruce called a few hours before appointment time to cancel, this time it is the afternoon before. I think the icing on the cake for me is that there is no apology offered. No sorry for the late cancellation, even though they know she came in from out of state. No acknowledgement of the time and expense she's gone through to keep her end of the bargain by paying for her visit and travel expenses and showing up for the appointment TWICE. No consideration for her inconvenience. To treat her in such a dismissive manner is absolutely rude. DISRESPECTFUL She is now tearful and frustrated because she has some serious things to ask David about. Serious things. Now she has to make the trip back home, AGAIN, with no answers. At least, this time, Bruce agreed to refund her card. If he'd just done that the first time she asked, instead of talking her into rescheduling, she wouldn't have had to go through this a second time. Everyone's time is valuable. I'm incredulous at this point. Very disappointing.
