Awful experience at this office, truly the pinnacle of everything that is wrong with American medicine. The doctor (Klavans) did not address my concerns and ended up giving me a 1-month free supply of a medication that loosely related to my problem. I felt like I was in a drug dealer's office. They mentioned that they were going to run some tests and I was billed $1400 with insurance. I called to ask about the bill, and after spending hours on the phone, I was told that there was a mistake and that the balance was $0 now. So if I had paid it you just would have taken my money? 0 accountability. Then I get a bill 2 weeks after that bill is resolved for procedures that I did not receive. So the process starts over again. Shady billing, awful customer service, hard to get through to them on the phone, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. They are here to make money, not take care of you. I wasn't going to leave this review but it might help someone else out.

Worst experience, called for a quote for self pay. Was quoted 3 times and showed for visit. Paid cash was told this is it. Did a visit with the doctor who spent 5 minutes at best and said oh come back in a month. No tests done other than the urinalysis and bladder screen that was quoted. Few weeks later they send a new bill saying insurance declined payment and they are charing more. For what I ask, they said for the visit and test that was included since insurance denied. Told again it was cash pay and they said they will just send me to claims. This is fraud by a doctors office and people wonder why our health care is so bad. Mary is the person to call in the office for an explanation of how bad their service is. BBB is also looking into them now as others have also complained of the same issue

Being busy is not an excuse!
Extremely rude receptionists. Unpleasant while scheduling the appointment and barked at me as soon as I walked up to the desk when I arrived. No smile. No hello. No how are you. Nothing but a cold shoulder. The layout is literally like the DMV. They have 40 + people sitting in folding chairs facing the wall or staring at other people waiting in line - all there to see the same doctor at the same time. No wonder people feel rushed here. I'm surprised they called names instead of ticket numbers! Not a single care for your actual well being. They're just there to count bodies and collect insurance. I felt extremely uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and left in tears.
Please teach your staff that everyone walking through your facility is a human being and a majority of the time they are experiencing health issues or feeling unwell. They're coming there to feel better, not worse! It is so incredibly important that you treat every single person walking through that door with kindness, no matter how your day is going. Busy or not. First impressions matter. I was skeptical from the reviews, nervous from my phone call, and confident in my decision to leave when I got there. Three strikes in my book. Do better!
