Brenda has been a wonderful guiding light for me over the past three years. I was introduced to her through my yoga teacher training and since then I’ve taken many of her classes and workshops. Time and time again she brings me back to the best version of myself. I admire her compassionate and gentle spirit, her ability to be very present and hold space in a non-judgmental way, as well as her extensive and varied knowledge base she draws upon for each class and workshop. I’ve learned so much from her! I’m just so grateful for a safe place to be my true self and for the opportunity to be a part of a growing conscious community.

Brenda is a thoughtful yoga and meditation instructor. I appreciate the variety of workshops and classes she offers - I feel like I gain so much from each class, and appreciate the level of planning that goes into each one. Her experience shows, and she has a gentle, positive and supportive manner.

Brenda is an outstanding teacher, educator and practitioner. Her kind and soothing nature is wonderful to be around. Her knowledge is extensive and she is always available for questions and to offer assistance if needed. She is an assest to the community. Take a class, you will not be disappointed!
