Yesterday August 11, 2019 we were at the Sonoma County Fair. I was excited to try a palm reader for the first time in my life (mid thirties). I stood in line, probably a good 4 feet behind the lady leaning against the little building. It was extremely crowded on the pathway, so any further back, we'd be ran over/in the way. We needed to show our interest and reserve a spot to be next. The palm reader was supposed to be with her customers, but was staring at me. Not my husband or child, just me. I waited to see if she was going to tell me how long it would be or something, but I couldn't hear her. Music was blasting and so many people in the crowd. I asked "what?" Probably 5 times and cupped my ear and told her I couldn't hear her. Finally I stepped up and thought maybe she was telling me there was another reader behind her white curtain that could see me. I was excited. But she just said "This is private, do you mind stepping away?" I couldn't believe it! What a way to treat someone! I said, "Well, obviously I cannot hear anything you're saying & we will not be spending our $ to see you!" I've never seen such a cold look on someone's face! I do NOT recommend!!!!!! Terrible customer service & social skills!
