I have attended many of Monica's soul expansion calls. They are always very powerful and different each time. I never know what to expect, but I always know it'll be powerful and for my highest good. Monica is a kindred spirit and instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I feel these calls are integral, and help me move more fluidly through this very interesting spiritual journey of mine. I am very grateful to Monica for holding space for us and helping us to navigate through everything . This is not an easy path and I am so grateful she offers these calls. It truly is a such a help. I was so lucky to meet Monica at an in person group energy session a few months ago. She performed reiki on me and it was some of the most powerful healing energy work that I have felt. I knew we had to stay connected so I began following her on Instagram and love all of her uplifting and relevant messages and posts. I now also participate in Monica's Soul Expansion zoom sessions and every time it is truly a remarkable and incredible experience. Monica is a gifted guide, always leading us through safe, beautiful journeys to help us in whatever way our souls need. My sessions with Monica have been the doorway into my spiritual journey being fun, interesting, creative and supportive. Monica is firstly human and that makes her trustworthy to me. She is also funny and naturally skilled at taking me into a journey that allows me to see what my guides want to show me. She's helped me so much to also link the info received to my psychological understanding of my traumas and been empathetic to my struggles, which has gone a long way.
