I had a great time attending Dr. Canillas' "Level Up!! Creating the Life You Want Vision Board Workshop." Prior to the workshop I didn't have a full grasp of the power of creating a vision board. After attending I walked away wishing I had taken this workshop even earlier. Dr. Canillas helped me to envision a future myself that feels both possible and aspirational. I also got to meet and socialize with other neat, fun people while I created my vision board, which created a feeling of community and support. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Canillas hosted a very inspiring visual board workshop with thought provoking speakers and discussions in helping to lay out ideas and goal setting for the group! I would definitely recommend this workshop if you haven’t thought about your life vision or if you need to get back on track and put some thoughts into perspective!
Either way, you will walk away enlightened on where you need to be in your journey and having had entertaining discussions with some pretty amazing people! Thank you!

I attended a Vision Board Workshop with Soul2Soul and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Canillas is both professionally knowledgeable and personally engaging. I very much enjoyed the activities he presented and it was very well organized. I also very much enjoyed meeting the other people who attended the workshop - they were a very interesting and kind bunch!
I would highly recommend events from Soul2Soul in the future. They are evidence-based but also creative and fun.
