I had the pleasure of doing Breathwork with Okha. Her calm and soothing demeanor eased all anxiety and anxiousness I had leading up to our session. The experience I encountered was like no other. I felt myself letting go of so much pain I’d carried for years. If I could gift this experience to everyone I know I absolutely would in heartbeat. She is definitely called to this work and I’m grateful for the opportunity to witness such beauty!

It was a very beautiful experience to practice yoga with Okha. Okha made me feel very supported, grounded with my body by creating a calm environment to practice. I appreciated Okha for checking in with me throughout the practice and getting consent to touch me to make adjustments. I would recommend taking a yoga class with Okha.
