Rima is a healer! I’ve been a patient of other myofascial release practitioners in the past, so I can confirm Rima is very technically skilled at bodywork.
During our session, she worked wonders on my shoulders and neck, helping me to release a layer or two of tension and knots.
I struggle with difficultly connecting to and staying with my breath during a session, and have been told by past practitioners I am “not breathing well/right” or “too tensed”.
With Rima, I didn’t have to worry about this at all, as she led my breathing throughout the session and welcomed my audible release of tension.
Rima has a kind air about her, and her warmth allows you to relax and enter a zone of nonjudgmental healing — please see her if you are all knotted up!
