This was my first experience with Reiki. Pavlina started our session with hot tea and a genuine desire to get to know me and what I was looking for from this therapy. She has so much knowledge and is willing to share it with her clients. I felt like I learned a lot about every exercise we went through. She took the time to explain everything to me and to be sure that I felt comfortable with everything we were doing. The Reiki was a game changer. I not only felt lighter and more relaxed as I left her but I continued to feel amazing days later! I will definitely be back to receive more of her healing for sure!!
