I used hello tech to set up my tv and surround sound. They sent a guy named Rey. He did an excellent job on setting up tv and surround sound. He also effectively reset my spectrum cable box. I had another problem so I requested their service again. My request went through Alvin G. He said my problem could not be repaired by hello tech. He refused to send out a technician. I asked him three times to no avail. I hired someone else and my tv and spectrum box problems were fixed. Due to Alvin G. there customer service is very poor. Wish I could of contacted Rey directly. I will no longer use their service due to Alvin’s poor customer service.
