If you met me, the first vibe I'd give is stand offish and square, basically the last person you'd expect to sit for a Reiki session. The Reiki Master of Soaring Heart Healing changed all of that! She provided me with an explanation of what to expect from the session and how to follow-up after. I learned more about myself and what is unseen yet seen. That's the best way I can describe it.
