Janet is warm, caring, and compassionate. During a group reading, she offered insight and direction on some possible health concerns (both were correct.) She connected with someone I lost very recently and provided details about their passing and how they are doing now. There were several specific details brought up that were 100% accurate. In addition, she told me to look for a few things as signs that this loved is with me. All of these things came to fruition in the week following the reading. I met J.Marie at a group reading about 4 years ago and have followed her ever since. A recent in person reading was so exact in the description of an upcoming family event! When I schedule with her I feel as if I am scheduling time to talk with my loved ones who have passed. Let's start with having my name wrong foe the appointment which is baffling in its self. I am truly disappointed at this point. I was asked to reschedule twice. The last time was back on April and I have yet to hear of a rescheduled date or received a refund. It would be nice as well as professional and basic common courtesy to atleast receive an update as to when we can reschedule. I've already paid the deposit and have had no information about a reschedule date. Truly disappointed!
