I am very disappointed with this spiritual Reader she has given me the runaround and also took money from me she asked me to call and set up an appointment and when I do call it keeps going to voice mail. If she does not return my call I will be reporting her to the better business bureau.

Called Friday to set up an appointment for 3 pm Saturday. Later Friday evening she called back to say it would have to be later Saturday evening so we sat up a time for 8pm Saturday. Moved my schedule around and cancelled plans to be there at 8 pm. Get there at 7:50 to an empty house, no one was inside all lights off. Tried to call her multiple times and left several voice-mails. Finally Sunday morning around 11 she calls back and said she "thought" the appointment time was 7:30 and for my inconvenience she would take $10 off if I wanted to reschedule. Glad I didn't waste my money on such a non professional business.

I had two appointments. One at 4 for myself and one at 4:30 for my niece. Got to the house at 3:50 and she wasn't there. I found a note on the door that said "sorry I missed you, I am just down the street. Call (phone number) and I can be there shortly" so I called, and the call could not go through. I waited even though I couldn't get through on the phone, thinking to myself that she couldn't have forgotten about 2 appointments. One I could be a little understanding, but that's why we schedule things, so we don't miss them!!! I waited until 4:40 before I left. So I wasted hours of my day and gas in my vehicle(I drove from Waterloo) that I will never get back? Very unprofessional and very rude! I will be finding someone else!
