She is just the best!! I’ve seen her many times and she’s always spot on with her reading. She’s very kind and I love our sessions!

Once you pay, it was extremely hard for me to get in contact with them. Their voicemail isn’t active and they did not return my call after two weeks until an hour after I disputed the charge through PayPal. Their was no kindness or understanding to the fact that they would not answer the phone or return any phone calls.

NOTE: be aware of the refund policy before paying. Expect a lot of excuses as well.

I scheduled an appointment for Friday 7/21 and prepaid. The same day, Juliana sent me a message saying that she would have to postpone it and then ghosted me until later on after suggesting scheduling another appointment the next day.

She returned a few days later offering to reschedule it but I didn't need the appointment anymore. I sent a couple requests for a refund on Venmo (which were declined) and asked her for a refund three times before she told me the policy.

Be aware of this. It comes across as a red flag.

Edit: I did reschedule my appointment with her and she did a decent job. I'll see what the future holds!
