I had an in-person reiki session with Shannon and I didn't realize how much I needed this! Before the session, I told her this was my first time, so she explained the process from start to finish to help make me comfortable. Her welcoming space, calming music and incense, graceful touch, and radiant energy made me feel at ease and relaxed. I left feeling lighter and centered. I can't wait for my next session!

I had such a great reiki experience with Shannon. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming, clean (it smelled so good in there) light music played while the scent of copal resin filled the space. As soon as I walked in I felt such light energy. Shannon really taps into the chakra balance and helps you understand exactly what’s going on. Shannon is also extremely intuitive a true healer. I felt seen and safe in her presence. I will definitely be adding this to my self-care routine!
